Baskerville Raceway will host a season launch on March 20th, where the full field of Trans Am teams and drivers will take to the track for a day of practice before a competitive shootout in the afternoon. The launch day will be open for spectators and marks the commencement of Race Tasmania in 2025.

 

The 2025 edition of Race Tasmania hosts the opening round of the Trans Am season at Symmons Plains Raceway in a two-day event from March 22-23. The event will be centred around Trans Am, with the field taking centre stage in what has become a highly anticipated feature of the Tasmanian sporting calendar.

 

A return to the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour and the iconic Mount Panorama beckons from April 18-20, an event which previously hosted Trans Am in 2021 and 2022. The third round of the season remains a TBC, before a brand-new event, Race Winton, hosts the fourth round of the series from August 22-24.

 

Following a first visit to Tailem Bend in 2024, the Trico Trans Am Series will return to Shell V-Power Motorsport Park at The Bend from September 12-14 as part of the inaugural The Bend 500.

 

With an exciting announcement looming for the to be announced sixth round, the season will then wrap up on the iconic streets of Adelaide as part of the VAILO Adelaide Grand Final from November 27-30.

Series title partner, Trico, will extend its commitment to the Trans Am Series into 2025. Having partnered with Trans Am in 2024, the world's leading manufacturer of windscreen wiper products has also raised the stakes of the Trico Pole Award, with the fastest qualifier to now receive $1,500 at each round.

2025 will build on the momentum of 2024, in which Trans Am has continued to grow as a drawcard category featuring household names, up and coming stars and unmissable action.

 

Further announcements in the coming weeks around the final two pieces of the 2025 calendar will complete the most anticipated season of Trans Am to date.
